A contact centre is a communcaitions hub that is designed to handle a large volume of inbound, or outbound, interactions. A contact centre can be based at a physical location, such as an office, or a virtual location whereby users are working remotely. The contact centre is often the only touch point that customers will have with an organisation so it plays a vital role.
